The founder of YILIN FOOTWEAR FACTORY (BRAND: SHE SHOE) started from humble, he began to enter the Kids's and Women footwear industry as early as 2001 after graduation from senior school. At first, he worked as an ordinary production worker in a small factory for producing and processing of shoes hardly and diligently every day. A few years later, because of his thirsty for progress and deep familiarity with the processing of kids and women footwear, he determined to start learning footwear sample developing  knowledges and strive to become a footwear engineer. Through hard work and apprenticeship, he soon became a local well-known engineer for kids and women. This laid the foundation stone for his subsequent business development.
